One example of how she has made a major difference for me, is my left knee issues. I had meniscus surgery and afterwards I never really came back to be able to walk very well, never mind getting on a treadmill and doing 2 solid miles. Or walking in our neighborhood for a solid 3 miles.
To do anything else or to train anywhere else is just a waste of time and money. If you want more from yourself, and more from your workouts, then MORE Strength & Fitness is the only place to go….period.
Nancy is by far the most experienced and professional trainer I have known. During each class she is constantly teaching proper framing and technique, education that doesn’t compare to what I’ve seen in other group classes.
