I have known Sara for several years and have always been impressed by her knowledge, ability, and kindness.
Sara is very approachable and is willing to share her vast knowledge on training, nutrition, and programs. I know she keeps herself well informed of current information and techniques. She encourages a well hydrated and nourished body to get to the next level of fitness in both flexibility and endurance.
Sara believes in good body mechanics and exercising effectively and efficiently. She has been an excellent trainer for me on the nautilus machines, floor exercises, aqua aerobics, and flexibility programs. I like how she creates an individual program for me and then writes down what I need to do, in easily followed steps, to achieve our goals.
Finally, I must admit that I usually feel somewhat intimidated by personal trainers. Not so with Sara as she gives you her vast knowledge and training to make your goals reachable and your time and money well spent. I strongly recommend Sara for those people who have chronic diseases, like arthritis, who wish to remain flexible. I plan on using Sara’s talents when I finally have both knees replaced.
On a side note: Sara comes from an excellent family that has dedicated themselves to personal training as both her mother and her husband are also certified personal trainers. I recommend that you book Sara as soon as possible especially if you are requesting early morning or early evening times.
