I have been working out since I was 16 years old and have been involved in strength activities including Martial Arts where I have a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. When I started training with Nancy my main goal was to improve my overall strength and to lower my overall body fat percentage. I eat healthy, I do not take any supplements and I have never taken any steriods, and never will.
Nancy was an outstanding Trainer and professional. She not only has a great sense of humor but she knows what she is doing with sound, safe, training advice. Having been to many gyms the thing I admire the most is that when you train with her you are both working. I have seen far too many trainers who just want to socialize and ignore their client’s bad form as they count their reps. Nancy pays attention to detail ant that makes a huge difference in your training and in your results. I have been in Higher Education for over 16 years and Nancy is an outstanding educator in her field. I can honestly say that in all my years in training, no one has gotten me the results I got out of my training that she was able to do. This was her ability to motivate me and with sound techniques. I could not be happier with my results and overall health. She had sound, safe techniques that really maximize the time I spend in the gym. She has taught me to accomplish all that I need in 30-40 minutes with good technique, a strong core, and maximum effort and I get more done and better results in that time than most 20 year olds who spend 2 hours in the gym. Nancy provided outstanding customer service. She was always willing to answer my questions no matter how simple or complex. She got back to me right away with thoughtful answers and always spent extra time when she had it.
You cannot put a price on your health or results. The bottom line is I am stronger than I have ever been and leaner than I have ever been maintaining consistently at 9-10% body fat for over 5 years now. I really cannot say enough good things about Nancy as a professional and as a person. I have learned a lot from her training and have passed those techniques down to my children, family and friends. If you truly want results, listen to what she has to say, don’t miss a training, and work hard. To do anything else or to train anywhere else is just a waste of time and money.
